The classic all-mountain benchmark, the POC Fornix MIPS Ski Helmet features an ultra-lightweight in-mold PC shell constructed over an impact-absorbing EPS liner. Structural integrity is significantly enhanced through molded aramid bridge panels, which distribute impact energy across the surface to optimize penetration resistance without increasing overall weight. Integrated with the MIPS rotational protection system, the helmet actively mitigates rotational forces transmitted to the brain during angled impacts.

Airflow is precisely controlled via top-mounted sliding ventilation chimneys, allowing riders to regulate core temperatures across varying weather conditions and output levels. Integrated goggle vents on the front rim align directly with POC eyewear to continuously pull warm air away from the lens and eliminate interior fogging.
