Finding the perfect racquet can make all the difference in your game. At Swiss Sports Haus, we make it easy to try before you buy with our Demo Racquet Program—a simple and affordable way to test different racquets and discover the one that’s right for you.

Program Details:

  • Cost: $5 per day, per racquet

  • Demo Period: Racquets are available for a 3-day demo period

  • Late Fee: After 3 days, a $10 per day, per racquet (up to $40) non-refundable late fee will apply

  • Purchase Credit: Demo fees will be waived up to a maximum of $20 when a demo racket is returned, and a new racket is purchased in the same transaction

  • Limit: You may take up to 2 racquets at a time, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis 

Important Terms:

  • A valid credit card is required for a pre-authorization hold equal to the retail value of the racquets

  • Racquets not returned within 7 days will be charged in full to the credit card on file

  • Late fees will not be applied toward racquet purchase

  • Racquets must be returned in good condition—they cannot be altered, restrung, or customized

  • By participating in the Demo Racquet Program, the customer authorizes Swiss Sports Haus to charge the credit card on file for applicable demo fees, late fees, repair costs, and/or the retail replacement value of any lost, stolen, unreturned, or damaged racquet in accordance with these terms.
