In-Store Refund and Exchange Policy

At Swiss Sports Haus, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

Refunds:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, and within 30 days for a in-store credit or exchange.
  2. Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  4. Process: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  4. Process: Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  2. Prepare the Package: Include the item(s) in their original condition, packaging, and the receipt or order confirmation.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs except in the case of an error on our part. 
 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped to you within 7 business days.
