Constructed with a windproof and waterproof 2-layer GORE-TEX membrane, the Peak Performance Women's Alpine 2L Insulated Shell Jacket provides complete stormproof protection for demanding freeride and resort conditions. The interior is lined with lightweight Pinneco Mantle synthetic insulation—body-mapped with 60g in the core and 40g in the sleeves and hood—to maintain a high warmth-to-weight ratio without adding restrictive bulk. Fully seam-sealed architecture equipped with YKK AquaGuard water-resistant zippers and underarm pit zips allows for efficient temperature regulation during high-output descents.

The protective shell features an integrated RECCO rescue system reflector alongside a 2-way adjustable, helmet-compatible hood with Cohæsive cord adjustments for severe weather coverage. Articulated sleeve shaping ensures complete freedom of motion, while a fixed powder skirt keeps out deep snow and cold drafts. Dedicated storage includes a classic radio pocket with an antenna exit, a sleeve ski pass pocket, zippered chest and hand pockets, and internal mesh storage.
