Constructed with a proprietary 2-layer HIPE 2-way stretch fabric, the Peak Performance Men's Maroon Insulated Shell Jacket delivers a 10,000mm waterproof rating and 10,000g/m²/24h breathability performance. The shell features fully taped seams treated with a PFAS-free DWR coating to repel wind, moisture, and wet snow. Low-bulk 100% recycled synthetic insulation is strategically body-mapped throughout the interior to maintain essential thermal efficiency across cold alpine environments.

The jacket is designed with functional freeride details, including underarm ventilation zippers for rapid heat dissipation during high-exertion laps. A detachable, helmet-compatible hood pairs with YKK AquaGuard exterior zippers and internal wrist gaiters to seal out freezing wind drafts. Dedicated storage features include a sleeve ski pass pocket, a chest pocket with an integrated goggle wiper, internal mesh pockets, and a fixed powder skirt equipped with snap-in jacket-to-pant integration.
