The Patagonia Men's Nano Puff Vest delivers core warmth utilizing 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco, crafted with 100% postconsumer recycled polyester and P.U.R.E.™ technology for a reduced carbon footprint. This low-bulk synthetic fill provides an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio and maintains 98% of its insulating capacity even in damp conditions. Wrapped in a 20-denier 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell with a PFC-free DWR finish, it provides reliable wind-blocking performance and light moisture shedding.

Engineered for mobility and layering, the vest incorporates a specialized brick quilting pattern with horizontal side panels that stabilize the insulation and resist abrasion. The full-length center zipper includes an interior wicking storm flap and a soft chin guard to prevent skin contact and eliminate draft entry. For compact storage during alpine pursuits, the garment self-stuffs into its internal zippered chest pocket and features a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop.
