The Patagonia Men’s Better Sweater® Jacket is constructed from 10-ounce 100% recycled polyester fleece dyed with a low-impact process that significantly reduces dyestuff, energy, and water consumption compared to conventional methods. It pairs a durable sweater-knit aesthetic on the exterior with a soft, moisture-wicking brushed fleece interior for dependable thermal regulation. Flat-seam construction is utilized throughout the chassis to minimize bulk and eliminate chafing during active use.

Raglan sleeve patterning provides unrestricted shoulder mobility and prevents pack-strap friction when wearing a harness or backpack. The full-length front zipper extends into a stand-up collar equipped with a kissing-welt zipper garage to protect the chin and seal out cold air. Shape-holding, abrasion-resistant micropolyester jersey trim reinforces the cuffs and hem to maintain structure and resist wear over long-term use.
